This page explains what happens to the information you send us when you request a quote, book a showroom visit, or send a door schedule. It covers the data we collect, why we keep it, who else may see it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. Last updated: 12 March 2025.
When you fill in a quote request or contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, site or delivery address, and the message you write. If you send a door schedule, that file and its contents are stored with your enquiry. We also record basic technical data automatically: browser type, device type, approximate location from your IP address, pages viewed, and the time of your visit.
Your details are used to prepare a written quote, confirm sizing against standard 813mm and 914mm openings, arrange delivery lead times, and follow up on installation scheduling. Technical data helps us see which pages about frames, hardware and finishes are actually useful, so we can fix the ones that are not. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep pages working and to measure traffic. Analytics tools record events such as page views, scroll depth and form starts. These are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as saved form progress, may stop working if you do.
We rely on third-party services to run this site: hosting, email delivery, form handling and analytics. These providers process data on our instructions and only for the purposes listed above. Where a processor sits outside your country, transfers follow the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. We do not pass your details to unrelated third parties for their own use.
Quote enquiries and door schedules are kept while the project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer follow-up questions about finishes, hinge packs or replacement parts. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, request a portable copy, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time, and object to processing where the law allows. If you are in the EU or California, additional rights under GDPR or CCPA apply, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

We do not make misleading claims about products, delivery times or affiliations, and we do not publish invented reviews or endorsements. Anything stated about materials, finishes or lead times reflects what we can reasonably confirm at the time of writing.
